Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:
As a Call Center Officer at DoorDash, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. This position will require you to work from home, interacting with customers over the phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries, issues, or complaints, and it will be your responsibility to... address their needs in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues they may have.
3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues that may require additional support.
5. Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest potential solutions.
6. Meet or exceed established targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and call resolution.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer inquiries.
5. Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
