Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Automation Anywhere is seeking a reliable and resilient Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Charlotte, North Carolina, US. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service... and resolving customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues.
3. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call quality, average handle time, and customer satisfaction scores.
7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues.
4. Proven problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and complaints.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
