- Take ownership of employee contacts to ensure resolution with a high degree of problem-solving
- Handle inquiries related to Leave, Disability, and Accommodation via phone, chat, and email
- Build trust with employees through empathetic and personalized communication
- Analyze and decide on requests for disability, leave, and accommodations using critical thinking
- Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office and other computer or internet-based programs
- Flexibility to support a 24x7 operations schedule
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in high-volume call centers
- Previous experience in human resources or related fields
