Call Center Dispatcher - Contract to Hire
Position: Call Center Dispatcher Location: Remote Employment Type: Part-time We are seeking a Call Center Dispatcher to join our growing appliance repair team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and communicate professionally with clients regarding service requests. Schedule and dispatch technicians using our CRM platform. Confirm appointment details with customers and provide status updates. Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions. Prepare and submit a simple daily report summarizing activities and completed tasks. Follow company procedures and deliver excellent customer service on every interaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision. Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
