Key Responsibilities

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
