What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and HR support
- Manage casework effectively, ensuring timely responses and resolution of employee issues
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex benefit inquiries
- Collaborate with partner teams to improve processes and resolve cross-functional issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the benefits process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Benefits or Human Resources, preferably in a contact center or shared service environment
- Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand benefit terms and programs
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus but not required)
- Experience in rapidly changing work environments
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with care and empathy
- Familiarity with HR shared services and benefits administration
