What You'll Do
As a Phone Operator at AnswerHero, you’ll be the first voice our clients’ customers hear — and a vital part of their business experience. Your responsibilities include:
• Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Gathering accurate information and taking clear, concise messages
• Scheduling appointments and providing general client support
• Following client-specific call-handling instructions and protocols
• Ensuring each caller has a helpful, courteous, and efficient experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Spanish proficiency is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong soft skills — empathy, active listening, and professionalism
