Responsibilities
Ā Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
Ā Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and empathy

Ā Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved

Requirements
Ā Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ā Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ā Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite
Ā Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
Ā Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ā High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferre
