Job Description:
This is an outbound sales position with SiriusXM. This is NOT cold calling or Telemarketing. You will be contacting existing customer through leads provided by SiriusXM. Most vehicles comes with SiriusXM already installed, however it will only work if you are signed up with a membership. Once you purchase your vehicle and leave the dealership your 30 day free trial will automatically start. When the customer gets close to the end of the free trail that where you come in with a call to sale the membership to the customer (bring them back to enjoy their favorite non-commercial satellite radio stations again). Something the customer already had.
Computer Requirements for Virtual Training:
YOU MUST have your own windows PC or Laptop (MAC or Chrome books will not work), Webcam, USB Headset, Windows 10 minimum, Good Internet Speed (No Wi-Fi Allowed), Multi-factor Authentication is required YOU MUST have a Smartphone to use, Security software and Antivirus must be up to Date, Windows must be up to date as well. You must also agree to install our security software and VPN.
Desired Qualifications:
Basic Office and Computer Skills
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent verbal and proficient reading skills
We take our customers security very seriously; all applicants are subject to a background check. We will check for Fraud, ID Theft, and Felonies

Pay Rate: $10.00/hr + $3.00 Attendance Bonus plus Commission
