Job Description:
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, troubleshooting customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
2. Maintain customer records by updating account information.
3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints.
4. Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proficient in basic computer applications.
3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
Educational Qualification:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
