As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellent service.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Provide product and service information to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Educational Qualifications

Experience
