Requirements

Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Maintain strong knowledge of company products, services, and promotions
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
