Position Overview...
We are hiring Call Center Representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support. This role offers competitive pay at $16/hr plus weekly compensation and comprehensive benefits including dental, medical, and vision coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Utilize computer skills for accurate data entry and multitask effectively.
Review patient billing and medical information in compliance with federal healthcare guidelines.
Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients.
Schedule And Requirements
Full-time position, Monday to Saturday within 7am-10pm EST (8-hour shift)
Must be available to work Saturdays
Equipment provided; start date in mid-June
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous call center experience (minimum 1 year), healthcare experience preferred
Ability to multitask and use dual monitors
Location Requirements:
Must reside in Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered.
