What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-tier customer service support for inbound calls, addressing client needs and complaints
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, ensuring they feel supported and valued
- Engage in active listening, confirming or clarifying information and identifying customer needs
- Resolve billing or shipment issues while updating customer records accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to creatively resolve customer problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary clinic or animal-related call center
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with business applications, including Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and multitask efficiently
- Good verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Previous remote work experience
