CA/CFA or Senior Crypto Finance Analyst (Web3 Treasury & Reporting Specialist) - Contract to Hire
About Us We are a large-scale non-custodial crypto treasury service managing multiple client portfolios, pooled funds, and internal trading accounts. Our platform executes algorithmic and discretionary trades across multiple exchanges and wallets while maintaining complete client asset segregation and transparency. We’re looking for a highly skilled finance professional (CA, CPA, or CFA-qualified) with proven Web3 / crypto accounting and treasury experience to help us consolidate financial reporting, reconcile on-chain data, and produce accurate end-of-month performance reports. Responsibilities - Prepare monthly financial and performance reports for multiple client and internal accounts. - Reconcile on-chain transactions (deposits, withdrawals, trades) with internal ledgers and P&L statements. - Calculate monthly profits, fees, and allocations across multi-client pools. - Build and maintain financial models to track trading performance and fund exposure. - Maintain and update wallet-level data reconciliation for non-custodial structures. - Coordinate with trading and operations teams to ensure accounting integrity. - Identify and correct reporting discrepancies, maintain audit-ready records. - Contribute to the improvement of reporting automation and internal analytics workflows. Requirements - Chartered Accountant (CA / CPA) or CFA (Level 2+ acceptable if proven experience). - Strong Web3 / crypto accounting background (non-custodial funds preferred). - Deep understanding of blockchain flows, wallets, and smart contract interactions. - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, financial models). - Experience with on-chain analytics tools (Etherscan, Nansen, Dune, etc.). - Clear communication, high accuracy, and strong attention to detail. - Experience preparing reports for investors or pooled funds is a major plus. Preferred Previous role at a crypto fund, exchange, or treasury desk. Exposure to algorithmic or quant trading environments. Experience building dashboards or working with accounting automation tools. Understanding of crypto tax or IFRS/GAAP crypto treatment. Apply tot his job
