Job Summary:

As a Cable Plant Installer, you will be trained extensively to provide excellent customer service that coects countless Americans with cutting-edge solutions. Your role as the backbone of our business ensures unprecedented customer satisfaction - this has been recognized in numerous J.D. power awards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Take advantage of guaranteed career progression and higher pay rates after just six months; this is accompanied by performance-based rewards totaling $6,400 in year one and $9,100 thereafter aually.
• You can earn paid training, scheduled time off for holidays or vacations while still enjoying a four-day work week

Qualifications and Experience:
Your main responsibility will be interacting with customers daily so being able to build rapport quickly adapting different personalities/situations are must haves:
• Establishing instant rapport with customers ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Ability to work at elevated heights (i.e. on a ladder) lifting up to 70 lbs frequently and in varying weather conditions
• Must possess a valid driver's license with good driving record in accordance with DISH safety standards
• Being open to travel as needed by the company.
Salary:
$18.50/hr
