CABINET & COUNTER ASSEMBLER- 1ST SHIFT
ā¢ **Note this is for our first shift Assembler Role. Our standard 1st shift is Monday thru Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM. However, overtime may be available or required. ***
MAIN OBJECTIVE
Assembles pre-cut components into completed solid surface countertops and commercial grade cabinets, store or restaurant fixtures. Performs repetitive assembly line operations
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
ā¢ Perform assembly-type functions to produce cabinets, and/or countertops, using hand or power tools, in order to meet daily production objectives.
ā¢ Perform a wide array of carpenter-related skills and tasks throughout the production cycle.
ā¢ Operate a variety of different equipment, including saws and hand tools, needed to perform the job.
ā¢ Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Lead, or Production Manager.
ā¢ Complete daily production goals as directed by the Production Supervisor or Production Lead.
ā¢ Required to follow all company Safety Rules and Procedures. (including but not limited to PPE)
ā¢ Required to maintain consistent and acceptable attendance according to the assigned schedule provided by the manager as well as the Team Member Handbook.
ā¢ Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
ā¢ Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
ā¢ High school Diploma/GED preferred. Less than high school education may be accepted.
ā¢ A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Hand or power tools.
ā¢ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs required.
ā¢ Previous knowledge of tape measure, math and use of hand or power tools required.
ā¢ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and complete a wide variety of carpentry and assembler tasks.
ā¢ Ability to work mandatory overtime and weekends required.
ā¢ Must have reliable method of transportation to/from the facility.

ā¢ Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task as well as handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations.
