Job Description

As a Cabin Service Crew member, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service to our passengers during their flight experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the cabin is clean, organized, and welcoming, while assisting passengers with their needs and enhancing their overall travel experience.

Responsibilities

– Welcome passengers on board and assist with seating arrangements.

– Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cabin before, during, and after flights.

– Serve food and beverages to passengers, accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.

– Respond promptly to passenger inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service.

– Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with all airline regulations.

– Assist in the boarding and deplaning process for passengers.

– Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

– Must be at least 18 years of age.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong attention to detail with a customer-centric approach.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

– Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures is a plus but not required.
