What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts, portfolios, or packages specific to the line of business, including creation and termination
- Perform routine data entry, processing, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance

- Troubleshoot issues for both internal and external parties, providing effective resolutions
- Assist in the promotion and distribution of banking products or services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations, Support, or Customer Service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to perform various operational tasks during customer, vendor, and associate inquiries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in Operations, Support, or Customer Service
- Experience with Salesforce
- Preference for candidates residing within the Eastern Standard Time Zone
