HANDS-ON Configuration and designing and integration experience is a MUST . Implement and optimize Blue Yonder solutions: Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Blue Yonder software for customers . This includes modules for Production Planning, Scheduling, Demand Planning, and Enterprise Supply Planning. Analyze business needs: Work directly with clients to understand their supply chain, manufacturing processes, and technical requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications for the software. Develop factory plans: Use the software to create and maintain feasible factory production schedules that balance factory throughput , inventory, and fulfillment performance. Balance constraints: Use Blue Yonder's capabilities to balance customer demand with real-world constraints such as materials, capacity, and due dates. Manage production workflows: Coordinate the flow of products through the factory, including equipment, raw materials, and labor needs. Required skills and qualifications Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or manufacturing is typically required. Experience implementing (or similar APS platforms like JDA) is often mandatory. Education: A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Functional expertise: Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including production planning and scheduling . Proficiency in configuring and delivering supply chain planning solutions to meet customer requirements. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with Blue Yonder solutions such as Production Planning and Scheduling, Demand Planning, and Enterprise Supply Planning. Experience with scripting languages like SQL or Python for advanced analytics is a plus. Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
