Description
Primary Job Duties:
Maintain on shift cleanliness of the dining room and restaurant work stations
Resetting all tables to the standard table setting
Clean/sanitize table tops/chairs, sweep floors, and mop up spills in all restaurant areas
Assisting with stocking of silverware, plates, napkins, etc.
Sweeping floors and cleaning spills in all restaurant areas
Trash removal
Opening or closing of the restaurant per opening/closing checklist
Communicating with guests and answering basic restaurant/company related questions
Assist servers by delivering food and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
Must be able to lift 40 lbs
Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder
Must be able to communicate with guests and accept and deliver drink orders
Special Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old (18 years old to serve alcohol with valid alcohol license)
Must possess a valid Food Handler's Certificate or other similar license per local code
Obtain training certification per company policy
