Travel Consultant/Agent – Business & Corporate Travel Services (Japanese/English Bilingual) Overview: Join a leading global travel management company as a Business Travel Consultant. The company seeks detail-oriented professionals with experience in corporate travel services to provide exceptional support to business travelers. Responsibilities Book and manage air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation for corporate clients Provide travel solutions and cost-effective options based on company policies Handle changes, cancellations, and urgent travel needs with professionalism Support clients with ticketing, documentation, and travel regulations Deliver excellent customer service and quickly resolve travel-related issues Qualifications Experience in corporate/business travel services Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo) Knowledge of international/domestic travel regulations and fare rules Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual English/Japanese Location: Fully remote work, regardless of your location in the U.S. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm (PT or ET) Weekend and shift-based work may occasionally be required.
