Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Business Transformation Consultant with strong experience in Life Sciences / Healthcare and hands-on expertise in Veeva Safety implementations. This role focuses on driving business strategy, process transformation, and data-driven initiatives leveraging healthcare analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Work with clients to define and refine business strategy and processes aligned with market trends in Life Sciences / Healthcare
ā¢ Lead business transformation initiatives and deliver high-impact consulting engagements
ā¢ Provide leadership in Veeva Safety implementation and deployment
ā¢ Translate business requirements into scalable technology and data solutions
ā¢ Define and implement data integration strategies aligned with business goals
ā¢ Develop ROI-driven business cases for analytics and transformation initiatives
ā¢ Drive adoption of healthcare analytics / cognitive solutions (e.g., Watson Health ecosystem)
ā¢ Lead client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and implementation planning
ā¢ Collaborate with program/project managers to ensure successful delivery timelines
ā¢ Align cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
ā¢ Ensure solutions meet HIPAA compliance standards
ā¢ Support solution architecture discussions and business value articulation
Must-Have Skills
ā¢ Proven consulting experience (client-facing roles)
ā¢ Veeva Safety Certified with at least 1 end-to-end implementation
ā¢ Strong experience in Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare domain
ā¢ Expertise in business transformation & process improvement
ā¢ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Experience with Watson Health / IBM Healthcare Analytics solutions
ā¢ Strong understanding of:
ā¢ Data integration & analytics
ā¢ Business case development (ROI, KPIs, metrics)
ā¢ Experience working in complex enterprise environments
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
