Job Overview Summary The Business Systems Intern will work with the Business Systems Team to support a variety of department initiatives assisting in the capacity of an Associate IT Developer, learning how to manage tickets, review and analyze data, generate reports, and answer questions from current staff. This position reports to the VP, Business Systems. Job Duties & Responsibilities Support the Business Systems team ensuring tickets are up to date and contain required information Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support Assist with generating reports and reviewing/analyzing data to improve data quality in systems Assist with documentation Perform other duties/projects as assigned Location This role is open to candidates working remotely in the United States. Basic Qualifications 1 year of work experience or pursuing an undergraduate/graduate level degree or accredited certification programs in the Information Technology or Computer related fields Preferred Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in teams Strong work ethic, personal integrity, and attention to detail Familiar with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Suite Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion within the IT department Physical and Mental Requirements Sit or stand for extended periods of time at stationary workstation Regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 Lbs.
