Job Description:
ā¢ Our Business Systems Analysts are responsible for supporting day to day business operations and Global Customer Services enterprise systems.
ā¢ This role focuses on learning how associates and customers interact with client systems to sell, install, and provide ongoing support.
ā¢ Core technologies include Salesforce and SAP ECC/CRM. Excellent listening and communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
ā¢ In working with stakeholders and team members you will be part of a team helping to solve interesting and complex problems with innovative technology solutions.
ā¢ This is a great role to receive mentorship and training from a wide variety of experts as you grow into your career as a systems analyst and project manager.
ā¢ Day to day
ā¢ This position is responsible for working closely with project managers and product owners to successfully execute on Salesforce/SAP projects while supporting client user environments.
ā¢ You will provide initial triage on new support cases and help identify business requirements for our Salesforce/SAP environments.
ā¢ Submitting break/fix tickets and system enhancement requests is a primary responsibility in this role.
ā¢ You will be a part of our agile delivery team releasing monthly enhancements to associates and customers.
ā¢ Helping users navigate systems and answer questions Ability to critically think, be a team player, and show up ready to jump in wherever needed are must haves.
Must have experience:
ā¢ Excellent analytical & communications skills
ā¢ Strong interpersonal skills and able to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of individuals
ā¢ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks. Well organized and proactive
ā¢ Proficient with MS Windows applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc.
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems or a related technical discipline is highly desirable (Bachelor's degree can substitute for 3 years related experience)
ā¢ Experience working in complex enterprise software environment
ā¢ Experience working with diverse teams to gather system requirements
Nice to have experience:
ā¢ Agile methodology environments
ā¢ Working SAP and Salesforce systems
ā¢ Agile-Scrum and/or Project Management certifications
ā¢ Working in global healthcare or similar fields
ā¢ Salesforce admin certification
