#tech2025 Business System Analyst (HCHB Expert) - Home Health/Hospice Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract (Undetermined length; hours vary based on workload, typically 8-5 M-F as testing is ready) Hours per Week: Variable (part-time to full-time based on project needs) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Remote Business System Analyst with deep expertise in HCHB and HCHB Analytics to serve as the key liaison between our customer community and software development team. In this contract role, you'll gather and document functional, system, and process requirements for Home Health and Hospice operations. This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for someone with help desk experience supporting HCHB users. Key Responsibilities • Conduct client interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits (virtual), business process reviews, workflow analysis, and use case development to capture business needs. • Translate client requests into clear application and operational requirements for the development team. • Lead projects or groups, ensuring excellent verbal and written communication throughout. • Support testing and troubleshooting in HCHB environments, drawing on help desk experience where applicable. Required Qualifications • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with HCHB and HCHB Analytics in Home Health or Hospice settings. • Proven ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and develop business requirements. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience leading projects or teams. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a help desk setting supporting HCHB users. • Familiarity with Home Health/Hospice workflows, compliance, and software implementation. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $55.00 - $57.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Application Question(s): • Do you have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) in a Home Health or Hospice setting? • Do you have at least 3 years of experience with HCHB Analytics reporting and dashboards? • Have you worked specifically as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role (BA, BSA, Product Analyst) in Home Health or Hospice? • Have you previously served as a liaison between business users/clinical staff and a software development or IT team? • Do you have experience gathering and documenting business requirements, workflows, and use cases for software changes? • Have you supported HCHB users in a help desk or application support capacity (phone, ticketing system, or email)? • Are you able to work remotely during normal business hours (approximately 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, US time zones) as needed? • Are you comfortable working on a variable-hours contract where weekly hours may change based on project and testing needs?
