Business Support Advisor

Position Description:

The Business Support Advisor is responsible for driving new business to consumer (B2C) sales from marketing efforts and contracted company referrals. Customer base includes employees from DOT mandated companies, second chance/union employers, drug and alcohol testing companies, and nuclear facilities. The successful candidate will develop new business through new consumer sales calls for sustained revenue growth and success. The ideal candidate thrives in fast paced sales environment, likes to learn, enjoys the sales process, and adapts their strategy when needed to achieve success. This is also a highly administrative role in a compliance driven environment. Pay is 40K/year with uncapped commissions.

Essential Functions:

Performs functions pertaining to the sale of ASAP B2C services, triage inbound calls, follows up on inside sales leads, accepts inquiries from individuals and companies referred to ASAP, explains our service options and the related costs, completes intake telephonically, sends contracts, processes payment, and provides guidance on DOT SAP regulations.
• Maintains and produces daily activity by answering B2C inbound live/on hold calls, voicemails, web submission, and chat leads with Team.
• Satisfy sales goals by identifying viable leads to enroll, manage pipeline by following call back cadence and monitor close ratio.
• Communicate effectively with sales prospects telephonically and thru E-mail.
• Maintain an active pipeline and work prospects until sold or exhausted.
• Provide contract information and general marketing materials thru email or mail to sales prospects.
• Participate in appropriate meetings to strategize and provide feedback to improve the sales processes.
• Identify and alter sales strategy as needed to meet sales goals.
• Interface and engage the Account Management team on customer service issues to ensure a positive ongoing client relationship
• Generate B2B leads by identifying opportunity calls in order to contract companies creating more referrals.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration field preferred
• Minimum 2-4 years sales or account management experience preferred
• Excellent computer-based, telephonic, verbal, and written communication skills
• Detail orientated individual
• Exceptional and demonstrable customer service business style and orientation
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English speaker preferred
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and successfully prioritize workload
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to strategize, persuade and negotiate
• Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment over an extended period of time
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
• Prospecting ability for new business
• Ability to successfully build a network of contacts
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Work Environment:

This position is a remote position that performs work from the assigned home location. The job requires dedicated and uninterrupted time identical to the conditions of working in an office environment. Occasionally the remote position located Geographically close to the corporate office may report to the corporate office to attend meetings or team functions, depending on the geographical location to the corporate office. The content of information received and communicated contains confidential information, including PHI. While performing the duties of this job, it is the responsibility of this position to make all efforts to secure the clients confidentiality and always protect clients PHI information. The remote worker must abide by the Remote Work Policy.
