If you work inside our agency: Performance-based commission compensation. Top performers earn $60k-$120k in their first year. Our goal is to graduate you to an independent agent upon completion of your contract. If you establish your own agency: Unlimited earnings potential. Top performers earn $80k-$300k in their first year with well-established peak performers earning more than $1M annually.
