About the Role As a Hybrid Analyst / Business Manager, you’ll support both M&A activities and portfolio company management. You’ll blend financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational support to help the firm acquire and manage companies efficiently. Your work will involve analyzing financials, creating projections, preparing decks, and collaborating with leadership on business initiatives. Responsibilities: • Support corporate development and M&A projects, including financial analysis, company valuations, and preparation of strategic decks. • Conduct research on companies, industries, and market trends to identify opportunities. • Prepare financial models, comparable company analyses, and projections. • Assist with due diligence, data rooms, and transaction documentation. • Collaborate across teams to help shape strategic business decisions. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and present findings to stakeholders. • 2+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or management consulting. • Experience identifying companies for acquisition, partnerships, or strategic growth initiatives. • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and strong attention to detail. • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote, fast-paced environment. • Interest in technology, startups, and entrepreneurship is a plus. • Full-time position, Monday to Friday (flexible hours, remote). • Salary: $1,800+ USD/month (negotiable depending on experience) • Flexible holidays and PTO according to the local calendar.
