Job Description: Conduct comprehensive business analysis, including revenue performance, after sales effectiveness, product adoption rates, and macro-economic trends, to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Lead and execute market research initiatives to identify new opportunities, validate innovative ideas, and assess competitive landscapes. Develop and present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to expand the company's market share and improve business performance. Collaborate closely with the Data team to perform deeper analytical dives, automate reporting processes, and enhance data management practices. Work cross-functionally with revenue, aftersales, product, and partnership teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives originating from the Head of Business Office. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field. An understanding of Human Resources principles is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst at a managerial level, with a demonstrated ability to manage both revenue and after sales performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheets is required. Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics software such as Zoho, Tableau, and Mixpanel is a plus.
