The GrowthX membership gives 3 things- one, structured learning taught by top leaders in the country, second a curated social media platform that becomes their safe space to soundboard about anything, & third, orbit changing outcomes- whether its cracking interviews, getting promoted or hiring their own teams.

About The Role
This role plays a key role in driving revenue growth and success of GrowthX by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
Your day to day will look... like-
Develop and maintain relationships with top startups and partners.
Own the negotiation and execution of business deals and partnerships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with the company's overall strategy and goals
Monitor industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities and threats
Must haves
Phenomenal communication across the board- Verbal, written and body language. This is the #1 skill we need.
2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Great documentation and structured problem solving skills. No hacks.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effectively communicate the status and progress of business development efforts to the org.
Good to have
Knowledge of GrowthX or the industry is a plus
Previous startup experience (you have thrived in an unstructured, ambiguous environment)
Knowledge of CRM/Martech tools
Experience in either of- Edtech, Health, or Wellness apps
