What you will do: As a Business Operations Principal, you will be an integral part of our Operations team, serving as a key contributor to our digital information system. You will interact with various business units at all levels of the organization, where you will apply your unique blend of skills to drive assigned projects to successful completion. In this role, you will create workflows and processes for use across the organization. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current business processes, identify pain points, and recommend improvements to streamline operations.Coordinate closely with project teams on defining scope, business needs/requirements, objectives and key resultsGenerate reports and dashboards to communicate operational metrics to stakeholders and management.Identify areas for operational improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiencyMaintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Assess potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure business operations are resilient and compliant.Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing, supply chain, and IT, to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.Provide analytical support for business projects, including feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and project tracking.Other accountabilities as assigned.How you will grab our attention: BA/BS in business or related field strongly preferredHigh School Diploma/GED requiredSuccess working in a deadline driven environment, under high demandExperience with Hubspot, Salesforce or equivalent CRM to create reports, visualizations and dashboardsProven ability to prioritize tasks and work well in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWork in a remote, fast-paced, dynamic environment with autonomy using the highest degree of integrity and sound judgmentStrong technical aptitude and advanced experience in Google Suite, Excel, task management software, Trello and other task management software preferredAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyGoal-oriented, organized team playerStrong organizational and process management skillsHigh degree of creativity and problem-solving abilityAble to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated system design and documentation skillsExceptional collaboration skills with internal and external teamsIf you think you'd make a great match for this position but don't meet all the requirements, we would still encourage you to apply!
