Job Description: We are looking for a Business Master Data Consultant to support the governance, quality, and lifecycle management of business master data within an ERP environment. In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure that key master data objects such as customers, products, and pricing structures are maintained accurately and consistently to support operational and reporting processes. What you will be doing: Support the definition and implementation of governance standards, policies, and procedures for business master data. Manage and oversee the creation, maintenance, and validation of master data within the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Monitor data quality and support initiatives to improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Act as a subject matter expert for master data structures and processes within the ERP environment. Support business teams by ensuring reliable master data for pricing, quoting, reporting, and operational processes. Ensure master data processes comply with internal policies, quality standards, and audit requirements. Collaborate with business, finance, and IT stakeholders to improve master data processes and governance. Support system implementations, data migration activities, and data cleansing initiatives related to master data. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in master data management. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365. Good understanding of master data objects such as customers, products, and pricing. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Structured and process-oriented way of working. Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
