Business Manager & Virtual Assistant

I'm the CEO of an online women's community supporting healers, coaches, teachers, and feminine leaders in reconnecting to the source of feminine power in their female bodies and reclaiming their ancient wisdom from priestess lineages.

At the moment, I'm stressed out, burned out, overwhelmed, stuck trying to do it all on my own for YEARS. I need to focus my energy on what I do best - facilitating ceremonies, writing, teaching, and leading.

I need to start hiring help, and to start somewhere. This is my first step!!!!

Some of my goals:

Have a Virtual Assistant answer all of my emails with gorgeous customer service that aligns with my brand, so there's more separation between me and my customers and better boundaries !!!

Have a project manager help me stay focused and on task with all the nitty gritty pieces to grow, so I can focus on the bigger picture (converting my courses to a new platform, having launches scheduled in advance, starting a podcast, etc.)

Help and support with small tasks like uploading ceremony recordings, helping to hire freelancers, helping with the tech and logistics for starting my podcast, etc.

And I'm sure there's MUCH more, but to start, I just need to feel like I have someone on my team helping me stay organized and making sure there's more of a buffer between me and my customers, so I'm not constantly depleted and burned out
