You can visit our website at Business Manager, Costco Job Summary This position works closely with the Costco & Natural Team Lead, the internal cross-functional teams and the customer (specifically the Costco region buying offices in both the US and International Regions). This role is responsible for managing the relationships with Costco Region Buying offices, selling in new regional programs, overseeing/ managing the current sales and day-to-day operational activities for our current business in the regions, identifying opportunities and managing internal projects from idea to launch. Your Seat at the Table: • Managing Costco Region Buying Relationships • Meet with each US Region Buying team regularly to build relationships in all locations • Selling • Work with Region Buyer regularly to incorporate feedback on which items to present. • Present regularly with to all Regions on capabilities, innovation, new item opportunities. • Build presentation material. • Work with Region Buyers and internal cross functional teams to successfully implement and leverage promotional opportunities. • Project Support • Assist with internal project approvals, support pricing/ quoting work and assist with project management for new item launches with internal cross functional teams • Lead and monitor new item launches, from idea to sell in to launch. • Admin Duties • Order support • Forecasting support • Provide Deduction support • Costco paperwork support - new item paperwork, merchandising paperwork, pricing paperwork, etc. • Retail Audit support • Other reporting support as needed • Other administrative duties as required • Additional sales support as needed What You Bring to the Table: • Bachelor's Degree (preferable analytical/business related) and 3-5 years related Costco specific sales experience • Reflect Shearer's core values of People, Win, Grow, Impact • Ability to travel 20% of the time • Driver's License is required • Clear communicator • Must be detail oriented, able to manage complexity, lead/ support projects with a large number of cross functional team members • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Must be able to prioritize initiatives and balance daily tasks • Must possess a strong sense of urgency • Customer expert and advocate • Proficient in Windows Office • Proficient in Syndicated data systems • AC Nielsen or IRI • Remote role.
