About the Job:

The Business Manager role exists to support senior strategic sales leaders and assist with revenue and sales forecasting.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Driving client retention by proactively address challenges & gaps and driving initiatives that enhance long-term client relationships and revenue expansion with Business Services clients.
• Partnering with strategic sales to reduce inefficiencies in client interactions, improving overall business velocity and responsiveness.
• Assisting in bridging gaps between strategic sales, product, support, and other cross-functional teams to resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.
• Serve as a senior-level client facing liaison to ensure a seamless and responsive engagement & implementation model for Strategic clients.
• Preparing and analyzing sales forecasts and results reports and presentations, including analyses of variances vs. budget forecasts.
• Supporting periodic sales revenue target setting and forecasting and may conduct research to estimate market demand.
• Supporting sales teams in preparing and evaluating deal scenarios and contract terms.
• Collaborating with sales, IT and finance to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure that the revenue recognition and forecasting systems provide accurate and timely data.
• Tracking sales vs. quota information to determine commissions at times.

Qualifications:
• BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
• Strategic or enterprise selling experience a plus. Background in selling risk, data, or identity management solutions a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and forecasting skills.
• Some travel may be required.
