Business Intelligence/Data Analyst- Work From Home
ClinicMind, the nations leader in multi-specialty Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) software and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, seeks a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst with expertise in Amazon QuickSight to design and develop interactive dashboards and custom datasets. Responsibilities:
Designed and developed interactive dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight.
Build and maintain custom datasets with SQL, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into the BI tool.
Hands-on experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL and Redshift.
Define relationships between data sources and optimize data models for performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and validate requirements.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Monitor report performance and optimize queries for responsiveness.
Train stakeholders to effectively use dashboards and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in Amazon QuickSight or similar BI tools.
Proficient in creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
US Healthcare knowledge is an added advantage.

Must have a stable internet connection minimum of 5 MBPS
Must have a mobile data plan as a backup
Must be in a quiet environment
Must be comfortable working the US business hours
