About the RoleThe Business Intelligence Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. This role will work closely with our global sales and market consulting teams, focusing on strengthening relationships with existing clients, maximizing their investment, and expanding business opportunities.What You'll DoAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Develop and implement strategies to grow business with existing accounts using consultative sales techniques, achieving annual renewal rate and revenue targets.Manage client renewals efficiently through Salesforce CRM, maintaining up-to-date customer records.Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with customers per the company service standards, define and execute a relationship plan for top tier accountsSupport clients in utilizing ResourceWise’s business intelligence platforms (OrbiChem360/ChemEdge360).Provide training, development, and coaching to new and existing users to maximize value realization.Serve as a thought leader, offering industry insights and best practices to clients.Contribute to internal projects, including product enhancements, marketing initiatives, and strategic improvements.QualificationsExperience: 3+ years in business intelligence, market consulting, or a related role within the chemicals, polymers, or commodities sector.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and business intelligence tools.Client Management: Strong background in customer success, account management, or consultative sales.Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights for clients.Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Language: Fluency in English, other languages a plusIndustry Knowledge: Familiarity with petrochemicals, fibers, plastics, or related commodities.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance-based commission/bonusesBenefits package provided (holidays, statutory benefit contributions, education assistance and more.)
