Position: Business Intelligence Analyst (Property Claims)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Act as the customer/IT liaison during analysis, requirements definition, and design activities
• Support data processing activities to implement effective solutions that meet business requirements
• Participate in data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy
• Provide support for business applications and manage user access to reporting platforms
• Analyze data to identify trends and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
• 4+ years in business intelligence and/or business analysis experience
• 3+ years of Business Intelligence Metrics & Reporting experience using Power BI
• 3+ years of property & casualty claims insurance experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS SQL for querying, profiling, and testing
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to various stakeholders
• Experience working under tight time constraints on complex projects
• Skills in collecting, organizing, and processing complex data from multiple sources
• Proven ability to maintain high personal productivity and plan daily work activities
• Familiarity with Data Warehousing/Data Marts
