Business Intelligence Analyst – Prachub (Early-stage Startup) About Us Prachub is an early-stage startup building a community-driven interview prep platform — with real interview questions, in-browser SQL & coding practice, and curated resources for SDE, Data, PM, and more. We help candidates learn smarter, practice efficiently, and land offers at top tech companies. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern to turn product data into insights, insights into decisions, and decisions into growth. If you love analyzing user behavior, running experiments, and using data to influence product direction, you will fit right in. What You’ll Do • Analyze funnel metrics, user behavior, and feature performance to uncover growth opportunities • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs (activation, retention, engagement, conversion, etc.) • Design and measure experiments (A/B, content changes, product flows, onboarding conversion) • Partner with product & engineering to drive data-informed decision making • Provide actionable insights on how to improve user experience and monetization • Support forecasting, cohort analysis, and goal setting What We’re Looking For • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Experience with SQL and basic data modeling (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred) • Comfortable with analytical tools (Excel/Sheets, Tableau/Metabase/Looker, or similar) • Understanding of core metrics such as funnels, retention, cohorts, LTV, churn, and activation • Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to speak with data, not guesses Bonus Points • Experience with Python (Pandas), dbt, or ETL pipelines • Knowledge of product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Hotjar, etc.) • Background in growth analytics, consumer product analytics, or A/B testing • Experience in community-driven or EdTech platforms Why Join Us • 0→1 Impact — your insights directly influence product, roadmap, and growth • Fast Learning Curve — work on real data and real experiments, not “practice datasets” • End-to-End Ownership — define metrics → analyze → recommend → measure impact • Mission with Meaning — help students and professionals land life-changing opportunities • Return Offer Potential — high-performing interns may convert to core roles Send your Resume or apply at Job Type: Full-time Pay: $91,488.93 - $110,180.22 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
