We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Lead for a 100% remote role with residence in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in relational databases, SQL, and ETL processes, along with strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams. This position will involve working closely with business and technical stakeholders to document and understand complex data relationships, and develop efficient data transformation processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage business intelligence projects, focusing on data analysis, modeling, and transformation. Develop and maintain complex Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) to document business and data relationships. Design and oversee ETL processes for data transformation and integration. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs. Utilize your expertise in relational databases and SQL to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Provide guidance and support in the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions. Top Skills & Experience Required: Relational Databases & SQL experience. Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) experience in documenting and understanding complex data relationships. Proven experience working effectively with both business and technical teams. 5+ years of experience in developing and understanding ETL processes for data transformation. Familiarity with Tableau is a plus. Experience with Business Objects is desirable. Experience in technical writing with an emphasis on bridging business and technical needs. Familiarity with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin) and a strong understanding of ERDs and data modeling. Experience with MS SQL Server and Oracle. Experience with IBM DB2 is beneficial. Demonstrated experience with Tableau and Business Objects. In-depth experience with ERD creation and maintenance using ERwin.
