Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations. Identify potential risks for clients and propose appropriate risk management strategies. Prepare and present reports and proposals to clients, highlighting the value of our services.
