About Team :The Business Finance team partners with the business team to drive growth sustainably. The team drives efficiency in the investment being made to drive topline and business metrics. Focus remains on improving margins and minimizing financial risks by understanding the key business drivers, analyse key financial metrics, provide value add analysis, support to sales / finance management (variance analysis, budget analysis, financial forecasting etc)About the role:Expectations/ RequirementsPlanning:Work with business and finance leaders in building the annual operating plan and departmental budgetsDevelop comprehensive project plans to evaluate new business proposalsReporting:Prepare, review, and analyze financial/business metrics to ensure accuracy and completenessTrack project/department performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term plansControlling:Work with general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable and taxes; assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for the improvementsBusiness Partnering:Act as a central finance POC for respective departments/business segmentsCoordinate with cross-functional teams for compatibility and pacing of all aspects of ongoing projectsSpecial Projects:Program manage initiatives that are driven centrally for cost optimization, technology and process improvementsSuperpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role1. Qualified as Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 2 to 3 years of progressive accounting experience2.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization3.Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day4. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other financial systems such as SAP, AnaplanEducation : CA/ MBA FinanceLocation : Noida (Preferred) / Bangalore / Mumbai
