Business Development Representative - Sales
EverLine Coatings is a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand seeking a reliable and proactive Business Development Representative to join their team. In this role, you will develop your own sales territory by building relationships with new customers to drive business for their expanding services.ResponsibilitiesCreate and establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales targets along with management support; project expected volumes and profit for asphalt salesMaintain sales volume by keeping up to date with industry supply and demand levels, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitorsCommunicate effectively with potential customers, providing superior Customer ServiceCoordinate and communicate with management frequently to generate leads and salesSubmit sales activity reports and updates to management and maintain clean, updated records for all leads and customersUtilize previous sales experience to create connections and generate leadsAdhere to company policies, procedures, and DRIVEN values to provide accurate representation of the CompanySkillsStrong desired to excel and drive resultsIn-depth knowledge on asphalt and related industriesA high school diploma or equivalent is required for this roleExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectationsAbility to problem solve effectively and anticipate customer reservations or inquiriesStrong work ethic with the drive to attain and exceed targetsExperience in Sales Preferred but not requiredPreferably Real Estate / Construction/ Asphalt /Maintenance SalesA diploma or a degree in related fields are considered an assetBenefitsFlexible scheduleCompany OverviewAs seen on CBC’s Dragon’s Den.
