Responsibilities You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a critical role in fuelling Riverside’s growth Your focus will be on researching, identifying, and engaging high-potential leads through outbound outreach, qualifying opportunities, and setting the stage for meaningful sales conversations You’ll craft compelling messaging, connect through cold calls, and dig into each prospect’s unique needs to uncover potential fit You'll also collaborate with the team to bring fresh ideas and strategies that refine our outbound approach Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt your message across different channels Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset, always striving to learn and improve Experience with outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media Strong executive presence and ability to build meaningful connections quickly A creative approach to outreach, constantly thinking of new ways to engage potential customers Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting metrics Flexibility to travel occasionally for conferences and networking opportunities Company Overview Riverside is an audio-video recording platform for broadcast media and podcasts.
