Join the Lavender TeamWe are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Growth team within Partnerships. This role supports Lavender’s growth by identifying, researching, and engaging potential referral partners across new and existing markets. The Referral Coordinator works closely with the Clinical Partnerships Advisor and Partnerships Manager to ensure outreach efforts are organized, efficient, and aligned with company priorities.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable with external outreach. The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in maintaining strong data systems, managing communication workflows, and providing logistical and administrative support that enables the partnerships team to focus on building meaningful, high-impact referral relationships.What You’ll Be DoingReporting to the Partnerships Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:Partnership outreach and lead generationResearch and identify potential referral partners, including clinics, therapy practices, primary care offices, universities, and related healthcare organizationsCurate and maintain high-quality lead lists using tools such as Psychology Today, state licensing boards, conference directories, and internal data sourcesDraft and send initial outreach emails, support introductory calls, and manage digital communications to introduce Lavender and assess interestCoordinate and schedule introductory meetings (“meet and greets”) for the Clinical Partnerships Advisor, ensuring all meeting details are prepared, shared, and documentedPartnership systems and trackingMaintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems or shared databases, tracking outreach activity, follow-ups, meeting outcomes, and next stepsBuild and update summaries or dashboards to support visibility into partnership activity by market, partner type, or campaignMonitor outreach workflows to ensure timely follow-ups and consistent, professional communicationAssist with data collection and reporting related to partnership initiatives and referral performancePartnership support and coordinationSupport partnership events, conferences, and webinars by coordinating logistics, materials, and communicationsHelp develop, organize, and maintain partner-facing resources such as slide decks, information packets, and referral materialsCollaborate with Marketing and Client Success Operations teams to ensure consistent partner messaging and smooth referral pathwaysAnticipate administrative and communication needs to keep the partnerships team organized, responsive, and effectiveWhat You BringMinimum of 3 years of experience in coordination, outreach, or administrative support(healthcare, marketing, partnerships, or business development experience preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence reaching out to external partnersStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughSelf-starter who takes initiative and works effectively with minimal supervisionComfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email or outreach toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-growing environmentTo Learn MoreFor more about what it’s like to work at Lavender, visit our careers page athttps://www.joinlavender.com/careersBring Your Whole Self to WorkLavender believes that nurturing an environment where diversity and inclusion can thrive is critical to our success.
