As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a high-performing Business Development & Outreach Specialist to expand our referral network and strengthen our presence across Georgetown and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Own & Lead
You will be responsible for driving sustainable referral growth and expanding strategic partnerships throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to generate consistent, high-quality referralsBuild trusted relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, senior centers, case managers, and community organizationsRepresent our agency at networking events, health fairs, and industry functionsTrack outreach activity, referral sources, and performance metrics in CRMCollaborate closely with our care team to ensure a seamless client experienceMeet and exceed monthly referral and growth goals
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated professional who understands both relationship-building and performance accountability.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community relationsDemonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or referral targetsStrong communication, presentation, and follow-up skillsSelf-starter mindset with high personal accountabilityValid Texas driver’s license with clean driving recordWillingness to travel throughout Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple
