Business Development Manager - Life Science

Description Integrion Automation is expanding its presence in the life sciences and medical device sector by delivering world-class custom automation solutions that drive measurable results for our clients. We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving growth within the Medical Device and Life Sciences industry segment. This role emphasizes new business development through strategic prospecting, while also managing new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. Requirements Core Responsibilities: Business Development Identify and target key accounts within medical device and life sciences sectors Proactively prospect and develop new client relationships Communicate Integrion’s value proposition through presentations and client engagement Apply a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and challenges Qualify opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records Account Management Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles Develop strategic account plans to expand business across sites and divisions Partner with internal service teams to ensure long-term customer success Opportunity Management Lead opportunities through the full sales cycle Collaborate with Applications Engineering to develop technical proposals Develop and execute winning sales strategies Lead client communications, feedback loops, and negotiations Maintain and manage bookings forecasts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field 5+ years of experience selling custom automation or engineered solutions Experience in medical device or life sciences industry strongly preferred Proven success in new business development and closing complex deals Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America Summary Integrion Automation offers a competitive compensation structure and a well-rounded benefits program.
