Job Description:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and target new business opportunities within the discrete manufacturing industry
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement lead generation campaigns, webinars, and other promotional activities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
• Work closely with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Represent 3 HTi at industry events, conferences, and trade shows Key Requirements include: Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of successful business development experience, preferably within the discrete manufacturing industry
• Prospecting wizardry and proactiveness is a must
• Cold Calling experience and comfort track record in developing and executing strategic business plans resulting in significant revenue growth
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills combined with strong presentation skills
• Strong team player
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Experience in lead generation and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Understanding of sales methods and strategies, such as Top Down Selling, MEDDICC, etc.
• Self-disciplined, with the ability to work independently
