Business Development Manager (Houston)

Remote Full-time
SyncVR Medical is building Europe’s leading XR platform for healthcare, already used in 200+ hospitals to improve patient care and staff efficiency. Originally developed for cancer patients, our solution has evolved into a scalable platform delivering measurable clinical and financial impact. Now, after 7 years of growth in Europe and with our international expansion underway — including our launch in Texas — we are looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive this next phase of growth. Tasks Your focus will be on building and scaling SyncVR Medical in the United States, starting in Houston, Texas. Drive New Revenue: Identify, approach, and close partnerships with hospital systems, IDNs, and strategic partners, with an initial focus on pediatrics and the Texas Medical Center ecosystem. Own Outbound Business Development: Lead outbound efforts across Houston and broader Texas, managing the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing. Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Successfully manage multi-stakeholder hospital sales processes and drive deals to completion. Lead Value-Based Selling: Position SyncVR Medical’s XR platform as a clinical and financial value driver by building strong business cases and executive-level proposals. Shape the US Organization: Contribute to hiring plans, sales structure, and go-to-market strategy as the US business scales. Grow into a Leadership Role: Play a key role in scaling the US market, with the opportunity to evolve into Head of Sales / VP USA. Requirements Proven Medical Sales Hunter: 5–10 years in medical sales (HealthTech or Medical Devices), with a strong track record in closing new business and building pipeline from scratch. US Healthcare Expertise: Solid understanding of hospital procurement and decision-making. Existing network in Texas (especially Texas Medical Center) is a plus. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable operating without structure, taking ownership, and building a market from the ground up. Strategic & Hands-On: Able to engage C-level stakeholders while actively driving outbound and deal execution. Ambition to Grow: Motivated to build, scale, and take on future leadership responsibilities. Location: Based in Texas (preferably Houston). Benefits What’s in it for you? Build a Market from Scratch: Play a key role in launching and scaling SyncVR Medical in the US, starting in one of the world’s largest healthcare ecosystems. High Impact & Ownership: Take full ownership of business development in Texas, with direct influence on growth and strategy. Work Directly with Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team during a critical phase of international expansion. Career Growth: Opportunity to grow into a leadership role (Head of Sales / VP USA) as the US business scales. Competitive Compensation: Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives aligned with your impact. Ready to build and scale the future of healthcare in the US? Apply now and be part of our journey.
